Nova-Ambiente advises Mileway on their acquisition of a high-end logistics property in London
Nova-Ambiente provided environmental due diligence advice to Mileway on their recent purchase of a 138,000 sq ft last mile logistics property in London through a sale and leaseback transaction.
Located in Purfleet, East London, the property sits on the north side of the Thames and is occupied by DSV Road Ltd. DSV are the fifth largest supplier of transport and logistics services in the world. The property, which was recently refurbished, comprises a well specified cross-dock distribution unit and Grade A office space and was recently awarded a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM Rating.
